And as some one who works on these, there’s nothing wrong with a simple temp control knob. We get 20 times the problems with push button controls than with the trusty Engel thermostat knob. Turn the knob clockwise = it gets colder. Counter clockwise = warmer. Not that difficult.

Ditch the travel bag. The extra insulation is worthless, they chafe the paint ( not an issue with the plastic body versions)They promote rusting on the metal body versions. And the mesh restricts air flow on all versions.  How do I know? I’ve been fixing and using Engels for 25 years. Still got one I built from scrap 16 years ago.
