Finally.. its a nice detailed video, thanks for your effort, I have been waiting for a review of the Dynapro blender! It is great that you showed nut butter results. Could you please make some more videos with this blender, some with frozen fruit ice cream and also hot soup, may be some more nuts and seeds tests :)

Ken Do (Donald Kennedy Do) says:

ugh marshmellow water

This Moment says:

i wonder if it’s OK to deprive the food from oxygen? ..as we actually need a lot of oxygen for our bodies right? or is that something different?

Kevfactor says:

i blend more than juice these days. but honestly it’s tough to really want to invest in a big blender. 40$ wallmart blender does the trick and easily replaceable :)

GForceFitness1 says:

I’ve had my Vitamix for 5 years and it’s still going strong. I’m not ready to invest in another blender yet….so I hope VM comes out with a new carafe lid (or a new carafe)’ that offers a vacuum pump option. It would be a simple fix for those who already have a Vitamix and I’m sure they would make a fortune off of them. Having said that, the DynaPro looks like it has some great features….and you can’t beat that warranty!

coolcattune says:

hi john, love to see this technology up against the bugatti

greg williams says:

Thanks John! I was finally able to order one! I look forward to trying it out. Thank you for all that I have learned about nutrition!

Amir Amran says:

DiscountJuicers.com, Vacuume blending is natural evolution. With that said, its too early to adopt it, too much hassle, parts to clean and time consuming, it sure has its birth pangs.
Vitamix (especially the latest vm) is better by far for its simplicity and fewer parts to clean afaic. Tribest need to go back to the drawing board. If i were to buy a new blender i’d go for the latest vitamix (with the shorter wider container) without even blinking. I’ll check out vacuum blenders in 5-10 years when the tech is more mature, i’d rather not be early adopter. No brainer.

me says:

just gave away my vitamix so I can get a vacuum blender. but what about Kuvings that you talked about recently?? more quiet and better, no? and you don’t need to hand pump the air out

Richard Gray says:

You are an easy-going guy. You were laughing at having left off the Vitamix lid. I would have been cussing that Vitamix out and throwing a hissy fit.

Ken Do (Donald Kennedy Do) says:

Where’d you get those cool looking glass bottles with lid?

16brendalee says:

Great and thorough review John! However in regard to this DynaPro 2.5 HP Commercial Vacuum Blender it is disappointing that with how much it cost that the company does not supply both a glass and the plastic (shown) carafe for those of us who like to use only glass! I realize that the plastic one would be useful for commercial purposes whereas it is being used repeatedly throughout the business day and could become quite heavy. Aloha from Hawaii :-)

nyslor1982 says:

Hi John! What would you say is the minimum about of liquid that you can put in this blender for it to blend fruits and veggies? If I wanted to make like say apple sauce would it work with the vaccum if the apples are cut up without any liquid do you think? Do you know if they might be coming out with a smaller version of this blender this year? Do you think that Vitamix will be coming out with a vaccum blender this year? Sorry for all the questions but I’m just really curious about it cause I want to buy one, but I was hoping for a smaller one or one made by Vitamix.

Epiphanystone says:

I really wish they kept the glass carafe

Boodieman72 says:

John is there a risk of cavitation when blending under a vacuum?

David Bayliss says:

1:17:51, when you forget the lid hahahahaha

Radwan Rais says:

i mean the kuvings New blender ha batter then this

nyslor1982 says:

Will you be doing a review of the Kuvings, vacuum blender? Do you think the Kuvings will cost more than this one because it has an automatic vacuum instead of a manual one?

Carol S. says:

Where did you get the blue funnel?

Uptown NYC says:

John while doing research on the nutritional value of the “purple carrot” I came across an article discussing “black carrot” and how beneficial these are anti-oxidants and help ward off diseases. Are black and purple carrots the same thing or are there really black carrots? Ive never seen them in Wholefoods, only the orange and light purple variety. Please advise. Thanks!

Miroslav Ananiev says:

Hi John, would love it if you made short versions of your videos. Like just the key points. As i realy dont have the time to watch a 2 hour video, no matter how good.

Denali King says:

The Vitamix clearly blended the items better – I only use vacuum when I am marinading.  Also, that is a lot more prep time to use a vacuum top and you can buy vacuum tops for blenders – you don’t have to go out and buy a whole blender.

Tony Olson says:

I love the glass carafe that my current dynablend has. The glass carafe is a MUST for me now John. This blender, though I really like it, it does not have a glass carafe! So John, please do me this one little favor. Get on your direct hotline phone (the RED phone, with a single button), and get the CEO of Tribest on the other end, and say the following to him (I assume you speak fluent Korean!), say…. “Hello, John Kohler here, Mr Olson has requested a glass carafe for your latest vacuum blender. ASAP!” And if he appears to not know me, just repeat, “I’m talking about thee Mr Olson!” I’m sure that should do it.

Thanks John, and keep up the good work. Now go make that phone call.

Bryan Joseph says:

You may have a bad seal on the bottom gasket. When I put water under a vacuum of 20 inhg I don’t see bubbles like that.

Richard Gray says:

Why can’t Vitamix develop a new lid for their existing containers that would work with a vacuum pump?
