that was a good review…you didnt speak to much

Bob Bach says:

thanks for the review.. I am searching, online, because my Blendtec jar/base was stripped just after 6 uses. (same model)
Was drinking a rubber gasket and it overheated because the gears weren’t holding. … I am wondering how common
this is… There is too much play where the jar meets the base.

are you deaf yet?
this is the biggest reason I purchased a Vitamix. Same results as far a performance and warranty plus it’s much easier on the ear drums. I can use it early in the morning on low speed without disturbing anyone.
The Blendtec won’t allow for that…
its a very powerful machine but think twice before purchasing. The Vita plunger is a positive option to have, Blendtec doesn’t have this option and yet things can hang up in the blender, so you have to turn it off, move things around and start it up again. Vitamix you just plunge and the motor is running.

You speak too much , ppl want to see action.

+Bob Bach, What a bummer! I’ve been using mine now for two years and haven’t had that problem… although I had something similar happen awhile back with a different blender brand (Ninja).
